Consider if the touchpoints support the user journey through the offered services. Do the initiatives require us to develop new products and services, or should the existing products and services be updated?
Data Products
We can help you define the data products needed to support the identified initiatives. What kind of analytical capabilities are needed? How do we distribute data?
Data Platforms
